VAIS-CMT

Passive vibration isolation tables, widely used for nano-precision measurement and analysis instruments, have a critical issue of amplifying input vibrations by up to 100 times at their resonance frequencies.

When the structural vibration frequencies of the building coincide with the natural frequencies of the isolator, resonance can severely degrade the performance of sensitive nano instruments, preventing them from achieving their target specifications.

This issue is even more serious for instruments with a high center of gravity, where small external vibrations can cause significant disturbances at the measurement point.

VAIS-CMT addresses these challenges by providing more than 300 times better vibration isolation performance in the low-frequency range compared to passive isolators, ensuring an ultra-quiet and stable vibration environment where precision instruments can achieve their optimal performance.
